Bradley Cooper purchased a $13.5 million Greenwich Village townhouse in May, the Wall Street Journal just reported.
The actor, who currently stars in the new movie “A Star is Born,” registered the property under the “Cool Trust” to keep the sale hush-hush, city documents reveal.
The home at 224 West 10th Street contains six bedrooms, a 1,100-square-foot garden oasis, and plenty of romantic, rustic details.
And Bradley seems to be enjoying all the Village has to offer; a source tells us he dined last Friday at Fifty, a new American-South American restaurant on Commerce Street.
Some lovely features include reclaimed wide plank barn wood floors, 12-foot ceilings, and French doors.
On the parlor floor, there is a remote-controlled gas burning fireplace and a hidden wet bar, as well as a large home office.
A balcony that overlooks the outdoor space can be found through the French doors.
Located on the garden floor, the chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances and sits next to a spacious dining room.
Both rooms have exposed wood beams and views of the adjacent garden.
The vast master suite takes up the entire top floor with more than enough room to fit a king-sized bed.
This room features pitched ceilings, double windows, and a gas burning fireplace.
The en-suite bath features a serene soaking tub under a skylight, as well as a rain shower.
This floor also has a multi-chamber cedar walk-in closet, according to the listing.
The second floor has four additional bedrooms and two marble baths. There is a washer/dryer and linen closet on this floor.
