Listed to go on sale by auction on November 6, the Dock Road mixed-use buildings are on offer for starting bids from just over £1.5 million.

According to the Rightmove advertisement, the properties differ in design and are being sold in varying states of repair.

However, the sale must be considered by buyers willing to purchase the entire lot as a whole.
