Its dimensions are five by ten feet.
The handy home packs in a loft for sleeping, a folding dining room table, a TV and even a small kitchen space.
Thill said he was able to recycle a lot of old materials for the home's construction.
This enabled him to save money on his alternative property and not break bank over $1,500.
For the items he didn't get for free, Thill used money he earned from summer jobs like mowing the lawn.
"I reclaimed this window," he said while showing the home's exterior.
"And the back and the side wall here is covered with the vinyl. This is fully reclaimed vinyl siding from my grandma's house that she had leftover."
Thill also reclaimed the tiny home's steel front door from his uncles friend.
He pointed out a long cable up against the house's back wall where electricity is funneled underground, far through the backyard.
Thill also used bartering to add crucial elements to the home. He cleaned someone's garage in exchange for electrical wiring help, according to the video description.
The dainty dwelling includes side windows he was able to get for free, and one widow above the front door he spent $35 on.
Upstairs Luke has a fan, a storage unit, and a fire alarm for safety precautions.
He noted how there's no AC in the house, but he uses linen window shades and a fan to keep the air cool in the summer.
