A pair of battered tin bungalows in a South Wales mining village are up for grabs at a bargain price of just £1 for the both of them.
The two rundown homes made of brick-coloured corrugated sheets, featuring large bay windows, in Crumlin near Blackwood in Gwent, can effectively be bought for 50 pence each.
The tattered, terraced structures are said to make a perfect 'AirBnB-type' rental for holidaymakers, following renovation of the crumbling properties which are in a 'poor state of repair' according to the listing.
The first bungalow is believed to have an entrance, two bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and toilet, while the second bargain bungalow appears to have one bedroom, a lounge and a kitchen area - there is no mention of a toilet or entrance.
According to the listing, the bungalows are positioned in the hills, on elevated land, allowing occupants to enjoy the 'fine views across the valley'.

Photos of the bungalows show the pink-hued homes hidden away behind unkempt foliage, and standing behind a stone, ivy-covered wall.
The tin homes also come with the surrounding land on the sides, rear and front, as well as a parking area.
Sean Roper, of Newport-based Paul Fosh Auctions, says no internal inspections of the pair of bungalows has been made due to their current condition.

The listing boasts that the village of Crumlin benefits from a range of local amenities, as well as shopping facilities further out in the nearby towns of Newbridge and Cwmbran.
'The bungalows in their current state need some work but they may well be able to be renovated for AirBnB-type use or to be refurbished and rented out.
