In today’s edition of celeb house envy, BIGBANG leader G-Dragon has recently moved into a luxury penthouse in Seoul’s affluent Hannam-dong district.
The price tag? A bangin’ 9bil won (S$10.4mil).
Living high and large
According to Korean media reports, the 31-year-old’s posh new 298sqm crib is on the top floor of Nine One Hannam, a newly-constructed apartment complex consisting of nine buildings and over 300 units, each with its own private elevator and patio.

Over the weekend, G-Dragon (whose real name is Kwon Ji Yong) posted a bunch of photos of what is believed to be his home, and it is as delightfully eclectic as we’d imagine the fashionably bold K-pop star’s pad to be.
Fur real?
Before moving into Nine One Hannam, G-Dragon lived in the Galleria Floret, another fancy apartment that houses other A-listers like actor Kim Soo Hyun, actress Han Ye Seul, and SM Entertainment head honcho Lee Soo Man.
Now, his new neighbours include Hallyu Wave icon Bae Yong Joon and his actress wife Park Soo Jin, singer Jang Yoon Jung, as well as other prominent business and political figures.
